How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What is your return policy for home organization products?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in new condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Are IRIS USA storage containers BPA-free?
Yes, we prioritize safety and quality. Our clear plastic storage bins and containers are made from high-quality, BPA-free materials, making them safe for various household uses.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to P.O. boxes at this time.
